CSV ↔ XML converts CSV rows into XML records and turns simple XML back into CSV. In CSV to XML mode the header row supplies the element names, each data row becomes a record, and you can set the Root element and Row element names (records and record by default). In XML to CSV mode the converter finds the repeated elements under the root, turns their child elements and attributes into columns, and writes any deeper nesting into the cell as JSON text. The XML is validated first, and nothing is uploaded — it all runs in your browser.
