Text to PDF turns pasted or typed text into a clean A4 PDF. Add an optional title, which is centred in bold at the top, then pick Helvetica, Times or Courier, a font size from 8 to 20 pt, the line height and the page margins. Blank lines become paragraph breaks, long text flows onto new pages automatically, and every page gets a Page X of Y number at the bottom. Word and paragraph counts update as you type, and the page count and file size appear once the PDF is ready. The PDF is generated with jsPDF in your browser, so your text is not uploaded.
Add your text
Type or paste into Text content and, if you like, add a document title.
Set the layout
Choose the font family, font size, line height and page margin.
Create and download
Press Create PDF, check the page count, then Download PDF.
Not at the moment: the PDF is always A4 portrait. Adjust the page margin between 10 and 35 mm to change the width of the text block.
Leave a blank line between blocks of text. Each block becomes a paragraph with a little extra space before the next one.
Western European characters such as é, ü and ß work with the built-in PDF fonts. Scripts such as Chinese, Arabic or Cyrillic are not covered by those fonts and may not display correctly.
There is no file picker. Open the file in any text editor and paste its contents into the box.
